White Chocolate Cheesecake
WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 8 oz. melted white chocolate 3 lb. cream cheese 1 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 6 eggs 1 c. heavy cream 1 tbsp. vanilla Grease a 10-inch springform pan. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place cream cheese, sugar and flour in a mixing bowl and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
