My first try of the test had a much lower number for the download speed, 0.3 Mbps. Then I did the test at Bell (my ISP). Is it just happenstance that my results changed up for the better at CIRA after testing at Bell? Interesting.
Try the test yourself. Do it more than once and at different times for measuring usage. Try to keep as much activity on your computer as you did for each test.
